What this covers
This policy explains what information Taormina Tap ("we", "us") collects when you visit taorminatap.com, and how it's used. We built this guide to be genuinely useful, and we try to collect as little personal data as possible to do that.
Information we collect
Contact form submissions: when you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message so we can reply to your enquiry. This is processed through Netlify Forms and is not sold or shared with third parties.
Analytics: we use aggregated, anonymised analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand which pages are useful and how people navigate the site. This does not identify you personally.
No accounts, no passwords: Taormina Tap does not require sign-up, and we don't store passwords or payment information — we don't process payments directly on this site.
Cookies
We use minimal, functional cookies plus analytics cookies to understand site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the guide will still work, though some usage data won't be recorded.
Outbound links
This guide links out to third-party websites — restaurants, tour operators, ticketing platforms and Google Maps. We aren't responsible for the privacy practices of those external sites; please check their own policies.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, then deleted.
Your rights
If you'd like us to delete any personal data we hold about you (for example, a past contact form submission), email us at hello@taorminatap.com and we'll action it promptly.
